Cybersmart-Fake or real?

We were learning to create something, in this case a black cat and a black snake, that isn't real or is made up.

At the start of this cybersmart section we had to go through slides and say on them if what the slides were showing were real or made up. After we did all of those slides we had to create one of our own fake or real?

So do you think this is real or fake after reading my piece of writing under the picture.

I found it easy to figure out what to write down underneath the picture as the story to tell what happened to the snake and the cat because before I started writing I thought of all the possibilities of how a cat could be connected to a snake. I also found it easy to create another part to the shadow for the cat ear because I just took a screenshot of the shadow, then inserted it and cropped it into a triangle.

I found it challenging to figure out what animal I was going to do and how I was going to do it because I searched up black snake but it was a shimmery black and then i searched up black cat and it was just black but the two blacks didn't match. I also found it challenging to put the cat in the right position to make it look like its connected.

I really enjoyed this because I have never created something that is actually two things that looks like one. I also really enjoyed this because I made up a piece of writing that I enjoyed creating.

Next time I need to change the colour of the background of my writing so it looks better. Next time I also need to find a more similar black to one another so it looks more real.

 

Online Conversion

We were learning to create a online book with book creator about Good online conversations vs Bad online conversion. We did this so we could get better at having online convention and so that they could go on and on. We had to Notice things in our good conversion and our bad convention. The things we had to include were photos, a background, audio/voice clip, a good conversation and a bad conversion. A good conversion is were you asked questions and then the other person answers your question with another question to ask you. 

 I found it easy to insert photos and background because I knew what I wanted to find. I also found it easy to insert audio voice clips of me and my buddy speaking. I found it easy do this also because I only had to click a few things.

I found it hard to get good picture of me and my buddy because our faces looked big on the camera. I also found it hard to put this onto my blog because I have never done this before and I was learning so I asked for some help from a friend. After that I was good to go.

I really enjoyed this because I learnt how use this new website I have never used before. I also enjoyed working with a partner so you have different pictures of people and different voices. I found it really fun just creating my online book too.

Next time I will make sure I put good conversion and bad conversions in a separate box were I have not put a picture or a voice clip.

Powtoon video on have a heart

 

I was learning to make a powtoon video about one of our REACH values I choose have a heart. I found it easy to control Powtoons once I got the hang of it. I found it hard to figure out how to use the Powtoons website. I really enjoyed this because now I know how to make powtoon videos. Next time I need to make some bit of the video shorter.

Learning how to do blog comments

I was learning to create a blog comment sample for when I do blog comments. I really enjoyed this because it will help me. I found it easy to drag the magnets. I found it challenging to understand what we were doing with the blanks. Next time I need to make one of my sentences smaller. 

 

Animation of my extinct animal

We were learning to create a slide animation about our extinct animal. I found it easy to learn how to make new slides. I found it hard to make it look like it was real. I really enjoyed this because it was something different. Next time I need to add more slides so it looks like the extinct animal is taking foot steps.

Polyline and cerve Avatar

I was learning to make a polyline of myself for Manaiakalani. I found it easy to find everything I needed on slides. I found it hard to use polyline because it was my first time. I really enjoyed this because it was fun to learn and I like learning about teach. Next time I need to do some shading because then it would be more realistic.

The mexican wolf

We were learning to create a collage on google drawing on the google drawing we were creating a collage for an extinct animal.

My learning shows that I have used different shapes to make my animal and used textures that looks like my animal.

I really enjoyed this activity because I got to learn new skills on the computer and I found it a lot of fun! Next time I will need to learn how to be faster at it so I can complete it!
